We are thrilled to announce that we are now live on PLAI, our new digital platform!
By now you should be familiar with what PLAI is and will offer us as members, parents and players of our club, however if you’re staring at this screen thinking ‘what on earth are you talking about’ don’t panic! You can read up on all the comms regarding PLAI Sport here on our website.

You should now have received a username (your email address) and password into your email inbox. The email address you used on our previous membership system Love Admin will be the email address you need to use for PLAI.
It's vital that you now follow the below steps to verify your PLAI profile and get logged in for the first time…
1. Download "PLAI Sport" from your iOS (Apple) or Android app store.
2. Click the ACCEPT TEAM INVITATION button within the PLAI email you received today (this is important, as it VERIFIES your account).
3. LOG IN with the credentials you’ve received in the email.
Once logged in, you can click the TEAM CARD at the top of the home screen at which point you can start to move around and explore our club profile.
Welcome to our brand new digital platform!
Our website www.wctcc.co.uk still exists, as do our many WhatsApp groups and social media accounts. As previously communicated you can expect to use the PLAI app for managing your membership, payments (such as match fees), scheduling (training, fixtures and events), team selection and availability, news and (maybe) communications. There are many features but as yet we don’t fully know to what extent we intend to use them.
For those still using Spond this winter, please continue to do so until we advise otherwise.
We understand that many of you may have questions or concerns. Rest assured, a smooth transition plan is in place, particularly for administrators, and we have plenty of time between onboarding today and the new outdoor season commences.
For now, have a play around and explore in the app, and look out for updates after Christmas in relation to memberships for the coming 2025 season.
