Annual General Meeting 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of West Chiltington & Thakeham Cricket Club will be held in person at the main ground on West Chiltington Rec on Friday 8 November 2024 at 7.30pm.

The clubhouse and bar will be open from 7pm, so please get there in good time.

All members are welcome to attend the meeting and are encouraged to pre-submit questions and/or motions they would like raised. We are welcoming questions if you cannot attend. Please email the Club Secretary, at info@wctcc.co.uk
